ABOUT US

I trained in the Institute of Creative Counselling and Psychotherapy in Dun Laoighaire, one of the longest established training institutes for counselling and psychotherapy in Ireland. The Institute has been awarded full membership of the European Association for Integrative Psychotherapy.

ANNE MORAN

I also hold a Post Qualifying Diploma in Gestalt Adolescent Psychotherapy through the Blackfort Adolescent Gestalt Institute. I maintain a private practice in Dunboyne, Co. Meath where I work as as a senior adolescent psychotherapist and as a clinical supervisor.
I work with adults in addition to adolescents. I have a background in education, having spent 20 years as a teacher working with children and adolescents with intellectual difficulties. During this time I devised and implemented programmes in relationships and sexuality development. I am a clinical assessor and an experienced group facilitator. I also work in schools in my capacity as a psychotherapist and have in addition delivered parent education evenings and youth leadership programmes. I am a member of the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapists.

In addition to talk therapy the option is available to work creatively using sand and art therapy and other creative process .
